Option 3
This is it, all that option 2 has to offer plus more pages, blog and analytics reporting sent to you on a monthly basis.

Design
This starts from scratch, I will have a questionnaire for you to complete asking things such as:

Q) What absolutely must be on the homepage and what is the order of priority?

Q) List 5 general sites that they like and why do they like them?

Q) How many links will be needed and how many levels of navigation will there be?

These are just a few examples of the questions, they are not meant to be too taxing but will help me in seeing what vision you have for your new website.

Content
I need you to supply me with images and copy (on page text), I will probably amend your copy after doing some keyword research but it helps if the copy is in a format that enables me to copy and paste (like a word file).

Banners
It's good to have Flash advertising banners on your homepage to catch the eye of a site visitor, the banner could link to your products page or whichever page you deem most important. I can design and create a banner to suit your requirments.

CMS (Content Management System)
It's good to keep things fresh and do regular updates to your new website, with this in mind I will install a simple CMS that will enable you to add company News etc via your PC online.

Blog
Using a free blogsite like blogger I can incorporate it into your site giving you a valuable communication tool where people can leave comments etc on information you wish to "put out there".

Monthly Analytics Reports *
It's great having a nice new site but it's even greater knowing how well it is performing, each month I will email you a report showing visitors trends like most popular pages, how they got to your site and how long they spent there etc. (* Monthly analytics for 1 year, option to increase analytics reporting after first year for a fee of £20 per month)

Other
We also need to think about domain names and hosting, if you already have this sorted then great, if you havn't then don't worry as it's easy and cheap.
